To be sold by auction by Mr James Karn at the Kings Head Inn, Coleford, on the 20th day of September 1852, at four o’clock in the afternoon. All that messuage or dwelling house now used as a beer house, and called the ROVING JOCKEY, with the outbuildings, garden and land belonging thereto, adjoining the road from Littledean to Coleford, within half a mile of the latter place, and now in the occupancy of Mr Henry Morgan.
