I haven’t got a lot on this one. It was quite a recent bar, dating from late 20th century, and it closed on 22 December 2003, so wasn’t about for all that long.
It was apparently named for a Victorian member of parliament; was a single large bar and unusually boasted a collection of blow torches on display.
