There is a Wheatsheaf House in Broadwell – presumably this was once the Wheatsheaf Inn. The pub was tied to Harris in 1891. I believe that this refers to John Harris who started the Hook Norton Brewery. It is known that John Harris married Frances Chaundy. Is there a link between the Chaundy family at the Wheatsheaf and Frances Chaundy?
