Numbered 3 Tivoli Place in 1939. For many years the pub traded as the Phoenix. It has since been renamed The Tivoli and should not be confused with the original Tivoli Inn which was located a short distance away.
The Cheltenham Original Brewery were owners of the Tivoli Ale & Porter Stores in 1891 and 1903. It was a licensed beer house and the rateable value per year remained constant at £21.5s.0d. throughout that time.
