The Tiger Inn was located at the junction with Tewkesbury Road and Elm Street, the location being just in front of the present day William Hill Bookmakers.
The Tiger must have been a short-lived beerhouse, with many other pubs in close proximity competing for trade. There is no reference to the beerhouse in the 1891 licensing book of Gloucestershire pubs.
