The Star Inn is now a private house in Broad Street, on the western side and opposite the recreation ground. It is the next building south of the Kings Head.

The Star Inn has ceased to be a pub by the 1950’s. When the pub had closed the room to the east of the house central passage was still furnished like a pub parlour with some fixed seating remaining around the walls.
