Wilts and Gloucestershire Standard, Saturday 21st October 1905 – On Wednesday the Cotswold Hounds met at the Rising Sun, Cleeve Hill. Cubs were found in Bushcombe, and one was killed at omce, while another went away through Long Wood, over Stanley Mount and Langley Hill, and to ground at Postlip, where he was left. Stanley Wood provided the next, and he ran fast round the hill to Hannaker, and was killed at Prescott. Found again in Gotherington Grove, and he ran fast to Prescott and on underneath the hill to Bushcombe, where he was killed. It was a most enjoyable and satisfactory day’s sport.
