Cirencester Times & Cotswold Advertiser, Monday 1st June 1868 – Northleach Suicide: On Wednesday last, Mr John Taylor, of the Prince of Wales Inn, Northleach, commited suicide by taking a quantity of poison. Information has been passed to the coroner.
Gloucestershire Echo, Thursday 16th May 1907 – A prolific sow: A sow belonging to Mr Bullock of the Prince of Wales Inn, Northleach, recently gave birth to a litter of seventeen, all of which are doing well.
Gloucestershire Echo, Wednesday 23rd February 1938 – Northleach Darts Match: The Prince of Wales (Northleach) team entertained a team from the Swan Hotel, Bibury. P. Dore, who captained the home tram was again in great form, starting with 106, and the game was finished by getting 20 and 32. Northleach ran out winners by six games to three. Mr W. Bullock provided refreshments.
Gloucestershire Echo, Thursday 30th April 1942 – Death of Licensee of Northleach Inn: Mr William Bullock, licensee of the Prince of Wales Inn, Northleach, died in Cheltenham General Hospital on Tuesday. His many friends in Northleach were shocked by the sudden loss of one so well liked, and so ready to do a good turn for anyone in need. Mr Bullock served in the Great War, and received a severe leg wound, which had troubled him ever since, though not apparent to the public.
