Poets Wine Bar opened on Wednesday July 13th 2005. It was the brainchild of Brian Wood and Dave Martin. The wine list had 36 choices and there were also two lagers on tap. Poets Wine Bar also had live music and DJ’s. On Saturday April 22nd 2006 Danny Fockin Mash Up gigged at the wine bar.
