The Masons Arms once brewed its own beer.
The last landlords of the Masons Arms were Jim and Joyce Dillon who started their tenancy in August 1966. When they retired in 1970 the licence was relinquished by Whitbread and the pub was bought by a builder (Mr Whitter?) who converted the premises into residential use.
