The property is now Stuart House, an antique shop. There was once a painted handwritten sign on the left side of the property which read: ‘Hunt Edmunds and Co. Ltd. Noted Banbury Ales and Double Stout’. Hunt Edmunds had bought the pub for £600 in 1889. The Live & Let Live had closed by the end of the First World War.
