On 10th March 1906 the Gloucester Journal made reference to the Lamb at Berkeley, which was next door to the George Inn. It said that ‘from May to August 1905 an average of 16 people had been accommodated.’
The Lamb Inn was referred to the Compensation Authority and presumably closed later in 1906. The original buildings have been demolished and a shop / builders merchant, J.C. Aldridges, now occupies the site of the Lamb Inn.
