Ruscombe is a hamlet to the west of Whiteshill and about a quarter of a mile north of Randwick. The Ruscombe beer house had a licence to sell intoxicating liquor off the premises only and the owner was George Browning. I have no details on its precise location. I have scribbled notes that it was a large red bricked house, but I have not made any reference where I got the information.
