Bar H20 opened at the end of May 1999. The site had been acquired in March of 1999 by Excelsior Leisure UK. The bar was designed to have an open-plan Mediterranean feel and £10,000 was spent on state-of-the-art dispensing equipment ensuring that, even on the hottest of evenings, the beer will be ‘the coolest around’.
